It was formed in 1993 by the merger of UCCA (Universities Central Council on Admissions), PCAS (Polytechnics Central Admissions System) and SCUE (Standing Conference on University Entrance)
The Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) is an independent, non-departmental public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
ILPA
The Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association is a membership organisation established in 1984 by a group of leading immigration law practitioners to promote and improve the advising and representation of immigrants, and provide information and training to members to secure a just and equitable system of immigration refugee and nationality law practice.
CIOL is the pre-eminent UK-based professional membership body for language practitioners. It aims to enhance and promote the value of languages and language skills in the public interest and provides accredited qualifications through the IoL Educational Trust.
EducationUK is an international organisation under the British Council that promotes British culture and education.
Allied China Europe Society is an NGO organisation founded by a group of politicians, business elites, education experts and solicitors in the UK to enhance government relations and promote communication and cooperation between China and Europe in law, business, finance, education and culture.
The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China is the government agency responsible for planning strategies and future policies for educational reform and development in China. It is also responsible for organising and guiding international educational exchanges and cooperation, formulating policies for programmes for Chinese students studying abroad and foreign students studying in China. It facilitates joint educational programmes by Chinese and foreign educational institutions, and the manages schools for the children of foreign nationals in China.
